File a Complaint

If you feel that you have received poor or inadequate service from a Las Vegas taxicab company, you can make your voice heard by filing a complaint with the Nevada Taxicab Authority. The Nevada Taxicab Authority is an agency of the State of Nevada that oversees all taxicab services in Las Vegas.

Be sure to include as many details as possible about your incident, including date, time, place, taxicab company, cab number, and if possible, driver name and Taxicab Authority permit number. To file your complaint, click on the link below.
